Mingxin has been using industrial and environmentally friendly raw materials since our foundation in 2006. From drawing to braided sleeving, we carry out all the processes in house in order to ensure product quality. We are equipped with a variety of production equipment, including drawing machines, filament winding machines, twill braiding machines, flat braiding machines, noise reduction product braiding machines, end seal machines, bundling machines and hot cutting machine. We also utilize a profile projector, ageing oven and tensile force testing machine to test and ensure the final product quality.
Production
Raw material We use nontoxic and environment-friendly PET resin of 1.0 viscosity from Taiwan and imported BASF PA66 raw material to ensure the quality of our products.
Wire drawing Our company owns drawing machine and flat yarn making machines to produce filament of different specifications. These products are not only produced for our braided sleeving, but also can be provided for other sleeving factories.
Braiding (Twill braiding machine)Our company is equipped with 150 braiding machines for braiding PET, Nylon, Nomex, and Kevlar sleeving of different calibers.
Braiding (Flat braiding machine)Our company is equipped 10 flat braiding machines for producing the material of different breadths for side entry braided sleeving (hook and loop sleeve), side entry braided sleeving (zipper sleeve) and self-wrap braided sleeving.

Quality inspection
Tensile force testerWe use the tensile force testers to test the tensile strength and elongation at break of the raw wires, thus preventing unqualified filaments from entering the next process.
Ageing ovenThe ageing oven is used to check the ageing resistance of braided sleeving to ensure the quality of products for customers.
Profile projector Rational profile projector is an integration of light, machine and electricity measuring instrument with high precision and high efficiency. Under the transmission light, measurement error of outlines is less than 0.08%; the error of coordinate measurement is (3+L/75)μm, where L represents measured length(mm); this equipment is used to check the depth of the hole and size of products.
