SST4566 series is a square aluminum busbar wrap specifically designed for electric vehicles with a busbar charging system. It is braided from a blend of polyester monofilament and multifilament yarns. The orange color provides clear high-voltage identification, while the construction offers abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, and easy installation. Customization and the addition of EMI shielding performance are available upon request.
Applications
This aluminum busbar wrap is primarily used for insulation and protection of busbars in new energy vehicle (NEV) charging systems.
